This was originally a pen & ink, photoshop airbrush Character Portrait. Immediately I foresaw it's use
as the goddess Aphrodite, rising from the ocean at her creation. Therefore I reworked the piece with Corel Painter, creating
a nice looking digital painting. I didn't finish there, though, and ultimately repainted her background, face and hair to
create a version more reflecting of my current abilities in 2008!
Another odd thing about this piece is that it's horizontal, one of the very few pieces in my Fantasy Art. I intend to remake
the Greek Gods series in this method, and will have them all in a horizontal format (in theory).
The original is, of course, nude (topless), so select your version when purchasing!
