This was a contract Character Portrait of the couple in the photograph (top right) for their wedding.
Both the husband & wife are hardcore gamers (RPGers, that is), so the gift-giver loved the idea of portraying them as medieval
characters.
The client later informed me that the wedding couple was ecstatic with the gift!
